Our Policies

• It is Your Goddess Time- We need a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations or change of appointment. Failure to do so, or if you are a ‘no show’ 50% of your appointment will be charged at your next visit or voucher being forfeited. If you are late for your appointment your treatment will finish on time so the next client is not delayed.

• I have no receptionist. Please don’t knock on the door unless you have an appointment. If you knock when you don’t have an appointment you may be disturbing someone who is.

• Please always message/email before dropping in to make sure a therapist is free from clients/treatments.

• Please let us know when booking if you are pregnant. All mums to be must be in good health and over their first trimester to have any treatment.

• Vouchers are not valid if they are lost/stolen or out of date. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
