Our Policies

• It is Your Goddess Time- We need a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations or change of appointment. Failure to do so, 50% of your appointment will be charged at your next visit or voucher being forfeited.

• If you are late for your appointment your treatment will finish on time so the next client is not delayed.

• ‘‘No Shows” or any cancellations made up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment  will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and required to pay full amount up front for any future appointments.

• I have no receptionist. Please don’t knock on the door unless you have an appointment. If you knock when you don’t have an appointment you may be disturbing someone who is.

• Please always message/email before dropping in to make sure a therapist is free from clients/treatments.

• Please let us know when booking if you are pregnant. All mums to be must be in good health and over their first trimester to have any treatment.

• Vouchers are not valid if they are lost/stolen and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
