Bath Time Using Leah’s Essential Oils

Did you know that when using any Essential Oils in your bath that you should always mix it with milk first. Why? Oils float in water and tend to stick to surfaces they touch, like your skin, concentrated Essential Oil could irritate skin if not diluted.

🛁Leah’s Tip: For maximum therapeutic benefits add your Essential Oil blend (6-8 drops) to a tablespoon of milk and add just before you get into the bath to prevent the oils evaporating. Rub the droplets of oil onto your skin as you relax in the bath and soak up all their healing benefits.

Here’s my suggestions of what Essential Oils to use for your baths.

☀️Mood Boosting: To help lift your energy, your mood, improve immunity and help combat S.A.D use any Citrus Essential Oils, such as Bergamot, Lemon, Lime, Orange, and Grapefruit.

🏃🏻‍♀️Muscle Soothing: To help relieve muscle fatigue, aches and pains have a Lemongrass Oil bath.

💤Relaxation: To help ease stressed, anxious and worried minds or to relax tired muscles have a Lavender Essential Oil Bath. The perfect Essential Oil to use if suffering with insomnia.
